I just came across this article about how inflammation is linked to, or can even cause, anxiety. With all the new information in the last few years about the 'healthy gut' and the importance of creating a healthy gut environment through the foods we do - or don't eat - and consume, I felt this would be another way to understand how we can manage our anxiety. "When you're experiencing anxiety, it's difficult to pinpoint where exactly it's coming from.
