    The best way to find out if we are a good 'fit' is to call/text me for a free 30-minute consultation: 360-432-1236. The consultation is your time, and is intended for both of us to get a 'sense' of whether we are a good fit.

    My available hours are Monday thru Wednesday, 9 am to 3 pm.

Fees & Insurance
All sessions are 60 minutes to 75 minutes, depending on your availability, online or in-person. 

My rates are: $125 and $110 for students. If you pay with CASH, check or Venmo it will be $115 or $100.

Insurance: I am an out-of-network Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Let me know if you want a 'receipt' of your sessions that you can turn into your insurance company for mental health counseling. MOST insurance companies compensate their clients at 50% to 60% of what they pay me.

I recommend you contact your insurance company and ask how much they will pay for therapy with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is not in their 'network'.
