There is more and more evidence to link our 'guts' to our brains. To our maladies and dis-eases. To anxiety, depression and a whole host of auto-immune issues and general un-wellness.
In the Anxiety Support Group this week we are talking about the gut brain, how it does impact the rest of our body and what kinds of foods/nutrients can be helpful.
