How often have you found yourself trying to justify you? Who you are? What your decisions have been? How you have lived your life?
I find that far too often we believe we owe others an explanation. Probably and most particularly, family. Those old childhood beliefs that we are not enough, not good enough, all alone come rushing up and we find ourselves explaining, mollifying, justifying.
When really, your life itself is no one's business but yours.
When you find yourself in this position of explaining, etc...try to bring yourself back to the present moment and take a stand: draw a line and do not cross it. Say kindly that you prefer not to discuss...whatever. If people are pushy...be firmer. "This is no one's business but mine." Refuse to budge...no matter how others might try to 'guilt' or shame you.
Take a stand for you. You have nothing to prove to anyone!
I am a catalyst for others, helping people continue, over their entire life span - preconception, conception, in the womb and after - to grow, learn, heal so that each person can live their deepest longings. This is my passion.
