Setting Healthy Boundaries

Too often in my life I have felt misunderstood, not taken seriously, even diminished by others. And for a number of years I thought I either had to 'take' it or ignore it. I was not raised to fight against such behavior so I just kept quiet - but often seethed quietly, too.

With age I have come to know that I can no longer ignore those who are not meant to be with me on my journey or in my life. And I have realized that for a number of years I have found myself aligning with people who do value me. I deserve better. It is as simple as that: I deserve better.

If you are tolerating people who are not 'in your corner' and are not 'for you', ask yourself how much of your life force energy goes to either battling with them or silently seething? And if you are having trouble letting go of those people, seek some help. Often people are afraid to set healthy boundaries, to say no, to become powerful (in a healthy way) in the face of those who would put us down.

You deserve better and maybe I can help. Call/text 360-432-1236

I am a catalyst for others, helping people continue, over their entire life span - preconception,
conception, in the womb and after - to grow, learn, heal so that each person can live their deepest longings.

This is my passion and purpose.
