What to remember when waking. I love this thought. Just as we are coming out of dreamtime...in between worlds as Rumi would say, is the best time to savor life. To feel your body. To stretch and feel the aliveness in your body...no matter HOW your body is. To be grateful for that first 'waking up' breath. To breathe. To count 3 things to be grateful for.
