What is Truly Important Now?

I like this quote because we are - most of us - in a time of trying to decide what is important.

I find myself wavering from calm to worried anxiety day by day...hour by hour. No answers except stay home. Worries for so many of us about finances: will I have enough for? How can I cut back?

And as we continue to be in this state of 'not knowing' what the big picture will look like, down the days I believe we will all need to remember to breathe. Breathing has been 'used' for centuries to calm the system: heart, mind and body. It is free and can be done anywhere!

Here are 9 ideas about breathing taken from Healthline that might help - ONLY if you use them!

1. Lengthen your exhale
2. Abdomen breathing
3. Breath focus
4. Equal breathing
5. Resonant breathing
6. Yogic breathing ( pranayama )
7. Lion's breath
8. Alternate nostril breathing
9. Guided meditation
