If you guessed a vase with stems...you would be right! But I don't think many people would have guessed that.
And, I wonder what people see when they look at themselves? At their lives? It is usually not good. I think that is a human trait, not necessarily that a person is 'broken' because they look with skeptical eyes.
And, I think it can help to take different looks. Sometimes we get too fixated on what we think we see, and it is hard to take a new look.
One way to start this process is to ask a loved, trusted one in your life about what they see. Make sure this is someone who has your back, who cares about you and can speak truthfully about what they see/perceive. And make sure you are open to hearing what they have to say.
I wonder if you can start 'seeing' you and your life differently?
