Today we jump into the Ventral state: calm, peaceful and able to think and access resources. This is the highest level on the hierarchy and the last state to develop within us. In ventral we can think and plan.

And if you are anxious...take some time to begin to explore ways to calm your entire self down: body, image, feelings and thoughts.
