I don't know about other people, but I know I surely forget this statement: that the world is meant to be celebrated.
And when I forget, sometimes for days, weeks, months at a time, my life feels smaller, more confining and more depressing. There is literally less joy in me, in my actions and thoughts. I feel diminished.
It is then that I have to step back and wonder how I have let my world get so small that joy is not an everyday emotion.
Have you stopped celebrating life? Your reality? Your divine self? If yes, how will you begin to change? What needs to happen? What do you need to let go of? What is celebration and joy to you and how can you live more lightly, more gratefully?
