The Gifts Within You

Fall is the perfect time to think of your seeds. The 'seeds of you'. The brilliance, the creativity, the passions, the curiosities...all seeds in my opinion. And with Fall and soon Winter coming on, time to let those seeds lie fallow and quiet as we wait for Spring.

I wonder what your 'seeds' are? If you were to sit down and make a list, what would be on that list? Can you own your beauty, your life force, your creativity? Your compassion or talents? 

And if you were to ask your beloveds to tell you what they see in you - to tell you about your gifts and talents, what would they say? 

Take some time today to sit down in a quiet space, have a cup of tea or coffee, and ponder: what are the seeds of me? And as you make that list in one sitting or many, let yourself imagine those very seeds resting in the damp soil, deep within preparing for their emergence as Spring comes.
