Sweat, Tears or the Sea
Are you afraid to cry? Embarrassed or maybe as a child you were told, like I was: "if you cry I will give you something to cry about". Yuck.
So we grow up, we stuff our emotions, we pretend we are ok when we are NOT! In my office, when people have come to me for help with issues, there is a reluctance to cry.
What do I recommend? I recommend wailing, gnashing of teeth, snot...I recommend having a huge tantrum and releasing all that is pent up. That pent up toxic energy is not good for the body - yours or mine.
So the next time you feel the tears, if you can, have a go at really letting it out! You will feel better - even if your eyes are red and your nose a bit stuffy. Your heart and soul will feel better.
