The first card encourages you to write your survival story. What is yours? And although the card does not say it...start with whatever you know of your 'womb experience'. Was your family calm and happy to receive you? Did you feel welcome? Were you the wrong sex?
Perhaps your Mother was going to relinquish you for her reasons: too many kids, too young, not enough money...pressure from others. Shame. Guilt.
ALL of that plays a part in YOUR survival story.
And then imagining a calm, peaceful landscape...inviting and soothing.
And last, your sympathetic ( fight/flight) survival landscape? Chaos, noise, bad energy....???
