How many times do we all see comments about 'present moment' and mindfulness? How good it is for you - all of you body, mind and soul. And heart.
The truth is: it is good for us to stay in the present moment. In the polyvagal 'world' of learning and training, it is often commented that if you are not in the present moment your entire body is most likely in either fight/flight or freeze. Or placating.
And another truth is: it is not easy to stay in the moment! It takes practice. Some 'paying attention' to yourself - your thoughts, your body, the sensations in your body.
