Healthier in mind and body?
Getting loving and authentic people connecting with you?
Would you be having - maybe - more fun? Would there be more joy?
I know that making changes within ourselves is not easy. And yet I also fully and wholeheartedly believe it can be done! Not quickly. Not with haste. And not trying to 'gloss over' any hurts or traumas or bad things that happened.
But taking responsibility for understanding and healing what happened and then baby step by baby step adopting the items on the to-do list. Or make up your own to-do list.
What if you woke up and the first thing you did was to count your blessings? Just that one thing could set the tone for the entire day.
