Letting Go

During COVID-19 I think the thing that has struck me the most is loss. Loss of...businesses, routines, people who I don't see or have contact with. Loss of.....so many things.

This barn picture, taken by my brother Lynn Waggoner, is a good reminder of that. 
But it was not going to stay the same. Day by day, week by week and year by year this barn is changing. I think it is now gone, but it deteriorated even more after this picture.

For me - wishing things would just stay the same is nothing but stressful. 

I am doing my best daily to embrace all the changes. And not only around me, but in my aging body!
