Look at the ideas/behaviors below. And ask yourself: do I allow myself to do these things - even some of these things? Say "no"? That is a big one for many people who have been brought up to think that saying no is bad, selfish...not how 'partners' or 'parents' act.
I can't tell you what to do or think, and I suggest that if you are NOT doing at least 4 of these things every single day and maybe more than once in a day - actually as OFTEN AS YOU NEED - you might want to engage with someone about why you are not doing 4 and how you can begin to do 4 and more.
These ideas/behaviors are your right as a human being. And if you grew up with people who shamed you or blamed you for any of these ideas, please know that is WRONG. You deserve to have every one of these behaviors/ideas/thoughts...as much and as often as it feels right to you.
