I am grateful. There are days, times, minutes even when I don't feel grateful. When anyone saying to me "make a gratitude list" will most likely get a frown. Or worse!
I am human. I am a human Be-ing. And for me sometimes it is hard to remember to be grateful.
AND...and, usually the dark moods do not last too long. I look at my little dog, Mallow and smile. Or hold out a treat and she rises up on her hind legs for the treat. Or look outside at the trees and grass, the lavender I tried to grow this year.
It is always the small things that bring me around. Help me re-remember that I am so much more in each moment than I can even imagine. That I have, around me, so much more.
That is the belief I hold for each client: that they are so much more than the issues they are working on. NOT that the issues are not important, but helping them heal and relax and be more self-compassionate leads to them beginning to re-remember how amazing they are. How brilliant and divine.
And when a person feels, even fleetingly, that they are divine, good-hearted, loving and kind...the gratitude happens easily. Effortlessly. Moment by moment. Hour by hour. Day after day.
What gets in the way of your brilliance? Your divine nature? Your good-heartedness? I can help. I have been there. And sometimes go there still. But not for long. Call/text 360-432-1236 for a free consult.
