When we can learn from our life, letting go of the hurt and embracing the lessons, we grow.
I was speaking with a client yesterday who has so much animosity toward the child parts of herself that were hurt that she tries very hard to repress those parts, those memories.
But our bodies never lie and when we try - try - to hold down or ignore the energy of our wounds, we often end up with dis-ease...literally disease.
I reassured the client that yes, it would take some work and attention, that it might well be hard or painful, but healing those wounded parts allows up so much more space and energy to take in AND give out the good stuff: compassion, love, forgiveness...caring. Passion!
I am a catalyst for others, helping people continue, over their entire life span - preconception,
conception, in the womb and after - to grow, learn, heal so that each person can live their deepest longings.
This is my passion and purpose.
