In the midst of chaos or craziness, big life changes, loss, challenges of all kinds - how do you stay present?
How DO you stay present? Are you able to feel the craziness or chaos swirling around you, but return to calm within yourself? Are you able to slow your heart down, slow your breathing down and bring yourself to both physical and emotional balance? Or do you slide down the slippery slope of internal chaos, faster heartbeat, lack of clarity?

This recording is just under 9 minutes long: listen to it as frequently as you can, especially initially, to really help your entire system relax and ground - heart, mind, body and spirt.
