This list of healthy boundaries is very clear, I think. And I wonder what others think about this list: are there some boundaries you do not do? Some you are ambivalent about? Some you absolutely do and believe in, and maybe others you cannot see yourself doing?
I know for me growth around setting healthy boundaries has been a long process. Recognizing years ago that I COULD HAVE BOUNDARIES. Revelation! But...beginning to believe I could, believe I deserved to set them was a work in progress. Still is in some instances.
So take the ones you might 'turn away from' and give them some thought. What really gets in the way of you owning you right to speak up and say what you want and need?
