Ahhh...Winnie the Pooh and Piglet. I think I need to read these classics again! That is something to be grateful for: Winnie the Pooh! And Piglet!
Sometimes, some days, weeks or even months it is hard to feel grateful. To find that 'gratitude' that our culture talks about, tweets about, has classes about. As I said in a previous post, when I am feeling cranky it is hard to find the 'gratitude button'.
So be easy with yourself. Easy. Kind. Compassionate. Sometimes when we are in the 'thick' of life it IS hard to see beyond the door, our job, our relationship/s.
So be easy. Be kind. Maybe there is one small glimmer of gratitude you can find, like Winnie the Pooh. Your warm cup of coffee in the morning. Your bed. Does not matter. Just be with what you feel about that...and you know what? That is enough! You are enough. THAT is all you need to do. Or may want to do.
