I was inspired this morning to once again return to the notion of gratitude.
Sometimes we can get tired of being asked, or asking ourselves, to feel grateful. To be grateful when we feel cranky, angry and out-of-sorts. That's fine. You are allowed. I am allowed. And, I know that for myself, when I can find even a glimmer of gratitude hiding behind a bush, in the face of a flower...in the kind words of another, I feel better. Something in me loosens or softens...there is a slight glimmer...and often, I feel better. Maybe a lot better. Maybe just a little bit better...softer, kinder to others and to myself. To help you with this I recorded a short meditation you can find by clicking here: youtu.be/SqyqX6WjRRQ. This is an 11 minute meditation called Glimmers of Gratitude. And if you need some help calming and quieting, help finding the gratitude in your life and feeling better, call/text me 360-432-1236. I can help. Let's start with scheduling a free 30-minute consultation and then we can go from there!
