It is really easy for all of us to just give in. "Oh, this is the way it is. Nothing ever changes. I just have to accept...." Blah, blah, blah. I do it, too!
But what if you began to shift your thinking...change your ideas. Take a good look in a mirror and truly see what and who you are and what you can do!
These are simple reminders, again for ALL of us, to help us shift, even so slightly, our perspective, our thoughts and our energy. Try them out...you might be surprised. Because what if you did shift things...how would you feel? Would you feel better or worse? Would the people around you be happier or not? How about you relationships with partners, maybe children, family? Would they notice the change? Would their lives be a bit easier because you made a shift?
I suggest trying it out to see. Like an experiment. And even if - EVEN IF all you did was the last one...try being gentle with you...even if that is all you did, I think you might feel even a wee bit better. Again...try.
