Believe In What You Want...

I really like this quote...and I think we need to believe in ourselves before we can materialize. Believe in us. Know us. What do we want? What calls us? Who are we now? 

We all change so much all the time even though we often believe we stay the same. That we are the same as we were. No. 

So who are you now? Who is the wise part of you, the wise adult I call that part? What parts of you are jumping up and wanting attention.

I have several clients who have discovered that they are often 'guided' in their thoughts and actions by a younger part of themself. Often an unruly and angry teenage part. OR a hurt and indignant younger one. We are SO complex!
