I am a Heart-Centered transpersonal therapist, clinical hypnotherapist, breath-work facilitator, life coach, shaman, somatic archaeologist, pre-birth-perinatal trauma facilitator, facilitator of polyvagal healing techniques, EFT or Tapping, and TRE or Tension/Trauma Release Exercises. And now, a Death Doula! I am also a big fan of Dr. Gabor Mate and 'compassionate inquiry'.
