Conscious Living ~ Conscious Dying

Starting in the Fall of 2019 I will be facilitating a new year-long intimate group exploration: Conscious Living ~ Conscious Dying.
Years ago I read a sweet book by Stephen Levine called A Year to Live: How to Live This Year As If It Were Your Last. Reading the book was life-changing for me: in the year after I read the book I finished a two-year Master's Degree in Counseling and felt very committed to discovering who I was at mid-life - even at the expense of a loving relationship; I was invited to join the Peace Corps - at the age of 50 - Peace Corps 2001/Belize; and to begin my journey I backpacked for six months in India prior to going to Belize, on my own.
Today, twenty years on I think it is again time to explore how to live this next year as if it really were my last. I feel myself disappearing in many ways, breathing small and thinking I am ok.
This group will meet once a month for a deep and supportive exploration into what it means to live consciously and to die consciously. Using guided meditation, experiential exercises, sharing, journaling, and reading we will explore the parameters of living a life of no regret. We will use poetry, art, movement, and dreams to take a deep 'dive' into the unknown within us. As the year goes on we will explore what it is to make amends, say we are sorry, repair relationships...do our best to explore those things/places/people we always said we would explore. Or forgive ourselves with fierce compassion for what feels left 'undone'.
Conscious Living ~ Conscious Dying is a year-long commitment at a very reasonable price.
Please talk to me about a payment plan as needed.
And, call me if you would like to talk about this big commitment to your life: 360-432-1236.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
