I love Rumi, AND...I have to think about his quotes.

This one...keep breaking your heard until it opens is a terrifying thought! What??? How can I do that? How can I tolerate a breaking heart.

I can't pretend to know fully what this means or say I have let my heart break in order to open...or even say I would step into more situations where my heart could break...reaching for a more open heart.

What I can say is that I aspire to be the kind of person who does step fully into relationships that might end in pain. Grief. I aspire.

And you? What does this mean to you? Are you the type of person who will at least entertain the idea? Or do you jump in...and learn from whatever happens? Either way...and there are many ways...if you would like some help with this notion...thought...maybe it is time to examine those feelings and thoughts. I offer free 30 minute consultations so we can see if we are a good fit to help you examine more closely this idea. Call or text 360-432-1236 to schedule.
