I think Mr. Rogers really had something to teach all of us. Not only kids, but adults as well.
Kindness: the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. Warm hearted. Generous. Compassionate. Tender hearted.
I ask you: when was the last time you were really kind to you? When you turned your concern, your compassion, your tender heart toward you?
